Our Return Policy

Returned or cancelled orders

No merchandise may be returned for any reason without prior written permission from Blown Away Motorsports. We only accept returns of unused, uninstalled, brand new goods, but a 20% charge will be deducted on all returned merchandise. This 20% restocking fee will be charged on the cost of the item, and will be applied after the actual cost of shipping is deducted from the total price paid. We also must charge a 3% fee on any canceled or refunded order to cover our costs for credit card processing fees which are not refunded by the processor. We do not accept returns for any used or installed items. All returns must be received within 60 days to be eligible for a refund. Exchanges are not charged a restocking fee, only the price difference and actual cost of shipping. Since we are unable to return special orders to the manufacturer, we are sorry but all special orders and custom orders are NON-REFUNDABLE. This applies to special orders placed by Blown Away Motorsports with the manufacturers which have not been shipped to the customer. All returned merchandise must have a return authorization number (RMA) assigned from Blown Away Motorsports. This number should be placed in large letters outside any box being returned. If you would like to return or exchange an item please email sales@blownawaymotorsports.com with the reason for the return or exchange. Blown Away Motorsports does not cover return shipping charges.

By purchasing any item from Blown Away Motorsports you acknowledge that you have read all descriptions on the individual item page, as well as the information provided on the main product page, and any FAQ or Tech article on our website referred to, or linked to, on the main product or individual item pages, in addition to the website policies page. Some of the manufacturers that Blown Away Motorsports purchases from have policies stating that prices are subject to change without notice, so in situations where there are any errors on our site in regards to pricing or part numbers we will honor the pricing as long as it does not result in a loss for Blown Away Motorsports LLC. Blown Away Motorsports LLC cannot be held liable for any installation, labor or repair charges relating to any parts sold by Blown Away Motorsports LLC for any reason what-so-ever, nor can we be held liable for any other charges related to the order such as additional shipping charges, international customs fees, repairs, damage or maintenance. No returns or exchanges will be accepted for any reason if a credit card or PayPal dispute is started.

Warning

Some of the products offered by Blown Away Motorsports have been designed for off road/racing applications only. These products are not legal for use in the state of California on any pollution/control motor vehicle. These performance products are legal in California only on a racing vehicle which may never be used or driven on a public highway.

Our Shipping Policy

All in stock parts shipped to the continental United States will be received within 5 to 10 business days. Special orders may take up to 8 weeks for delivery, and are NON-REFUNDABLE and do not include any warranty. Domestic orders will be shipped with UPS or USPS. Due to PayPal and Credit Card policies any item or combination of items valued over $250 requires a signature for delivery. All shipping prices on our website are for the continental US. Items shipped with USPS Priority to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, and the US Virgin Islands will be shipped at the same price, but UPS items will require an additional fee. Please call for information regarding next day or second day shipping, and Alaska, Hawaii, or international delivery.
